Hana Greenberg will serve as Chief of Staff, and Alex Eveland will lead the legislative team as Legislative Director

La Crosse – Today, U.S. Rep. Ron Kind announced new members of his leadership team. Hana Greenberg, who formerly served as Rep. Kind’s Legislative Director, will now lead the Congressman’s staff as his Chief of Staff. Alex Eveland, formerly a Legislative Assistant, will now serve as the Congressman’s Legislative Director.

“Hana and Alex have both been outstanding leaders on my legislative team, and I look forward to their continued leadership in their new capacities,” said Rep. Ron Kind. “My office works every day to ensure all Wisconsinites have an equal chance at success. Hana and Alex will continue this fight, and work to move Wisconsin forward.”

A Wisconsin native, Alex has worked for Rep. Kind in a number of roles since 2010, most recently serving as a Legislative Assistant. As Legislative Director, Alex will lead the legislative team, and continue his policy focus on health care, social security, and labor issues. Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Hana Greenberg most recently served Wisconsin’s Third Congressional District as Legislative Director for Rep. Kind, and previously was a Senior Policy Advisor to the Congressman on legislative priorities and economic policy related to his work on the Committee on Ways and Means, including trade and tax policy. Prior to her time in Rep. Kind’s office, she served as a Legislative Aide to Senator Chuck Schumer. Hana holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University and a BA in Political Science and American Culture Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
