Joe Biden will not accept the Dem presidential nomination in Milwaukee, citing concerns over rising COVID-19 cases in the state.
The convention in a statement revealed Biden would instead accept the nomination from his home in Delaware, after earlier saying he would still attend the highly downsized Democratic National Convention in the state’s largest city.
