A bill that would allow southeastern Wisconsin municipalities to OK extending closing hours for bars and brewers during the 2020 Dem National Convention in Milwaukee began circulating for co-sponsorships last week.
The bill proposes a host of other changes to the state’s alcohol laws, including: a requirement that wedding barns obtain a permit; restrictions on the hours of operation for small breweries; granting alcohol permits for State Fair Park and Road America.
