The conservative Club for Growth is putting $1.6 million behind new ads in Wisconsin hitting Joe Biden for opposing emergency parental school choice grants.
The group said it’s part of a $5 million buy that also includes digital spots and will run in Arizona and Pennsylvania as well. The ads will begin running statewide in Wisconsin on Monday.
The narrator in the spots says hundreds of public schools are closed indefinitely, but Biden opposes the grants that would allow parents to choose private tutoring or charter schools instead.
“A lost year is unacceptable. But four under Biden? That’s a lost generation,” the narrator says.
