Cook Political Report moves Wisconsin to ‘lean Democrat’ in presidential race

The Cook Political Report today moved Wisconsin to “lean Democrat”  for the presidential race.

Wisconsin, Michigan and Nebraska’s 2nd CD were all moved into that category from the toss up rating.
