Evers will join Biden for Milwaukee Labor Day stop, Barnes noncommittal

Gov. Tony Evers will join Joe Biden for a Labor Day stop in Wisconsin, but Mandela Barnes' U.S. Senate campaign was noncommittal on whether the lieutenant governor would join them in Milwaukee.

The White House announced yesterday Biden will be in Milwaukee and Pittsburgh on Monday to celebrate "Labor Day and the dignity of American workers." The advisory didn't include any other details.

The trip -- Biden's fourth to Wisconsin since he took office -- comes weeks after the latest Marquette University Law School Poll showed 40 percent of voters approved of the job the president is doing, while...
