New polls show competitive guv, U.S. Senate contests in Wisconsin

A new poll conducted for AARP Wisconsin finds U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson and GOP guv nominee Tim Michels with edges in their races.

The poll found 51 percent of likely voters favored Johnson, R-Oshkosh, while 46 percent backed Dem Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes.

In the guv race, 50 percent favored Michels, a construction exec, while 47 percent backed Dem Gov. Tony Evers.
