Judge rules records lawsuit in Gableman’s 2020 election probe can proceed

A Dane County judge has rejected efforts by the now-defunct Office of Special Counsel to dismiss a lawsuit by a Washington, D.C.-based group seeking to preserve records from former Justice Michael Gableman's review of the 2020 election.
Judge Jacob Frost on Monday also again ordered the office to retain records while the lawsuit continues.
