Liberal Janet Protasiewicz will face conservative Daniel Kelly in April for a seat on the state Supreme Court that could determine the fate of Wisconsin’s 1849 abortion ban and maps GOP lawmakers drew giving them a distinct advantage in maintaining control of the Legislature.
