Latest filings detail state Dem Party’s financial advantage over GOP

The latest round of campaign finance filings continued to detail the state Dem Party's financial advantage over its GOP counterpart.

The state Dem Party raised $12.8 million between Jan. 1 and April 26 while reporting nearly $12.6 million spent.

Of what it doled out, more than $9.5 million went to liberal Janet Protasiewicz's Supreme Court campaign.
