U.S. Supreme Court approval upside-down in Marquette poll

The public's perception of the U.S. Supreme Court has taken another dip, according to a new national survey from the Marquette University Law School.

The poll of nationwide adults found 41 percent approve of the way the U.S. Supreme Court is doing its job, while 59 percent disapprove. That's down from the 47-53 split in January.
