President Joe Biden will return to Wisconsin on Wednesday with a stop in Racine.
The White House said Biden will talk about his “Investing in America agenda” and then participate in a campaign event.
It will be Biden’s 11th stop in Wisconsin and fourth this year. It comes on the heels of Donald Trump’s visit to Waukesha this week.
