The Wisconsin Elections Commission has rejected a challenge to Republican Tony Wied’s signatures in the 8th CD, agreeing with the staff’s recommendation that it lacked evidence to back up the claim circulators tricked people into signing them.
Wied said the ruling confirms that “career politicians will do whatever they can to try and hold power.”
