Phillips vows to stay in presidential race through Wisconsin’s primary

U.S. Rep. Dean Phillips, the Dem presidential candidate from Minnesota, insists he will remain in the race through at least Wisconsin's primary in April after the Wisconsin Supreme Court Friday ordered his name appear on the ballot.
