State GOP requiring U.S. Senate candidates to raise $1M to be eligible for party’s endorsement

The state GOP is requiring candidates for the U.S. Senate to raise at least $1 million by the end of March to be eligible for the party’s endorsement at its May state convention.
That’s 10 times the benchmark required of candidates in 2022 to be considered for the party’s backing.
