Conservative Supreme Court candidate Maria Lazar and liberal rival Chris Taylor are scheduled to meet tonight for their only debate of the campaign.
The WISN-TV “UpFront” debate, produced in conjunction with WisPolitics, was originally scheduled for March 25. But it was postponed after Taylor was diagnosed with kidney stones.
The rescheduled debate will be held at the WISN-TV studios and moderated by “UpFront” hosts Matt Smith and Gerron Jordan. With limited studio space, there won’t be a live audience for the debate.
The debate will be broadcast on WISN-TV as well as “UpFront” partner station WBAY-TV in Green Bay. It also will be offered statewide to all “UpFront” partner stations.
