Gov. Tony Evers raised $4.5 million over the 37 days in the most recent reporting period, his campaign said this morning.
Evers will report next week that he finished August with $6 million in the bank. The $4.5 million raised between July 26-Aug. 31 is nearly double the $2.3 million Scott Walker pulled in during the same period four years ago as he lost his reelection bid to Evers.
