Republican Nick Polce, a business owner and former U.S. Army Green Beret, announced his campaign for lieutenant governor.
Polce, of Delavan, is the fifth Republican to get into the race. Former Lancaster Mayor David Varnam and businessman Will Martin, who unsuccessful sought the GOP nomination in 2022, are in the field, as are Cyril Sablich, of Waterford, and John Totz, of Fond du Lac.
