Biden ad accuses Trump of downplaying COVID-19 threat

Dem Joe Biden's campaign says it's running a new digital ad in Wisconsin accusing President Trump of downplaying the threat of COVID-19 as the disease began to spread across the country.
The ad will run statewide on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube in Wisconsin. The ad is also running in Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
