A budget motion that looks to establish a state prosecutor board would let district attorneys have a voice at the Capitol, according to the motion’s author.
The motion, from Rep. Mark Born, was approved unanimously by Joint Finance Committee members yesterday. It was based on a bill the Beaver Dam Republican introduced in April with GOP Rep. Ron Tusler and Sen. Van Wanggaard.
