Conservative group asks Supreme Court to weigh in on whether DPI is subject to the REINS Act
The conservative Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty is asking the state Supreme Court to decide whether the DPI is subject to a new law adding more scrutiny to administrative rules proposed by agencies.
