Dems introduce bills aimed at lowering officer-involved shootings

Three Dems introduced a package of bills today on use of force in an effort to lower the number of officer-involved deaths, according to the bill authors.
The legislation comes from Milwaukee Dems Evan Goyke and David Bowen, as well as Rep. Chris Taylor, D-Madison, who said in a press conference this morning the three bills look to increase community safety.
