Hintz considering actions against Zepnick following allegations of sexual assault

Assembly Minority Leader Gordon Hintz is weighing his options now that Rep. Josh Zepnick has refused to resign.
The Capital Times last week reported two women alleged the Milwaukee Dem had kissed them without their consent at separate political events in 2011 and 2015.
Asked if the minority leader is considering removing Zepnick from the five committees he serves on or expelling him from caucus, Hintz chief of staff Emily Pritzkow said Dems would like to make those decisions as quickly as possible.
“Those discussions are ongoing, but we are evaluating all options at this time,” she said.
