-- Randy Bryce has a big financial edge over Dem rival Cathy Myers in the 1st CD, according to their campaigns.
Myers had $82,500 in total receipts during the third quarter and $20,000 cash on hand, her campaign said.
Bryce previously announced he raised more than $1 million between July 1 and Sept. 30 and had more than $1 million cash on hand to end the period.
House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Janesville, raised $309,420 during the period and spent $462,801, according to his filing with the FEC. ...
