-- Gov. Scott Walker and DOT Secretary Dave Ross will be in in Appleton today to discuss the Wisconsin 441 project with the administration saying it's freed up more than $100 million for highway work through costs savings and increased revenues.
Walker will be at 441 to announce a "major" project will be completed ahead of schedule.
"Thanks to these savings we are ahead of the curve," said Walker spokesman Tom Evenson.
