Neylon wants to pass REINS Act as standalone bill outside of budget

State Rep. Adam Neylon plans to move ahead with his "REINS Act" proposal through standalone legislation, even though the guv included a version in his budget.
The Pewaukee Republican said he prefers his version.
"I fully intend to continue working on my version," Neylon said. "However, I would be happy with the changes that Walker has put in his budget. If it does go that way, I'll be happy and consider it a win."
Neylon's bill died last session, but he has reintroduced it.Walker, meanwhile, included a version of the proposal in the budget he introduced earlier this month.
