Ross responds to DOT audit, says agency will be more transparent

Wisconsin DOT Secretary Dave Ross pledged to lawmakers today that he'd ensure the agency is more transparent following a highly critical audit released last month.
Ross, who's been on the job for about seven weeks, fielded questions from legislators on a January audit of the agency's highway program, which found the Department of Transportation significantly underestimated costs for major highway projects among other things.
