Schraa says amendment to eliminate secretary of state office probable

Rep. Michael Schraa, who authored the amendment to eliminate the office of state treasurer, says there's a "high probability" that either he or another lawmaker will introduce an amendment this session to scrap the office of secretary of state.
Schraa said he has not yet began drafting the language for a new amendment, and he hadn't yet had formal conversations with other lawmakers about whether they've drafted something. But the Oshkosh Republican said he has definitely been considering it.
