-- The Assembly early this morning passed legislation that looks to guarantee insurance coverage for those with pre-existing conditions.
That's in addition to the chamber's passage of two big-ticket bills on campus speech and recounts, as well as legislation sent to Gov. Scott Walker's desk that would make sweeping technical changes to the state's school choice programs.
