-- The Joint Finance Committee will meet today to vote on the state's building program, Medicaid, FoodShare and several other Department of Health Services provisions.
It's also expected to take action on the UW System budget after delaying a vote Tuesday on the issue, largely because the Assembly and Senate GOP disagreed on whether to approve Gov. Scott Walker's proposal to cut tuition for in-state undergrads by 5 percent in 2018-19.
