-- The Assembly and Senate GOP are caucusing today to discuss a timeline to vote on the $3 billion Foxconn special session bill.
A public hearing on the legislation, which would provide incentives for the Taiwan-based company to build a plant in southeast Wisconsin and employ up to 13,000 workers, could be scheduled as early as this week, a spokeswoman for Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, R-Rochester, said yesterday.
