Vukmir, co-authors lay out bill partially repealing minimum markup law

Sen. Leah Vukmir and three fellow GOP lawmakers today laid out a bill that would repeal the state's minimum markup law on prescription drugs and any retail merchandise that isn't groceries, short of the full repeal they sought last session.
