Walker declines to fully back GOP health care bill as some raise concerns

Gov. Scott Walker said today he's glad House Republicans are looking to repeal the Affordable Care Act since "Obamacare is collapsing."
But he did not fully back the House GOP plan to replace the Affordable Care Act. The bill, released yesterday, has come under fire from some conservative groups for not going far enough in repealing the ACA. It also has faced criticism from Republicans in states that took expanded Medicaid dollars under the ACA for phasing out the expansion.
And Dems say the plan is sure to result in people losing health insurance, reversing ACA gains.
