MADISON — The people of Wisconsin are hiring! Two of the state’s powerhouse people-driven organizations are coming together to create the Wisconsin’s Choice campaign to elevate progressive issues and the qualities the people want to see in our next governor and elected leaders. The aim of the Wisconsin’s Choice campaign is to involve hundreds of thousands of citizens in every corner of the state in determining Wisconsin’s future.
Marina Dimitrijevic, State Director of the Wisconsin Working Families Party, Sarah Lloyd, co-director of Our Wisconsin Revolution, Joel Rogers from Our Wisconsin Revolution, and Luz Sosa from Citizen Action of Wisconsin will detail plans for organizing around the state around the qualities and platforms we want to see for progressive candidates for governor and in other races. Corporations and the rich elite have made current Governor Scott Walker’s agenda their choice. It’s time for us to make ours.
