With immediate dairy crisis over, ag groups warn there’s more to be done

Wisconsin ag groups say though the immediate crisis is over for dozens of state dairy farmers, there’s much more work to go in the coming weeks to ensure certainty in the marketplace.

“We’re not out of the woods,” said Karen Gefvert, the director of government relations at the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation. “This is going to be a longer-term solution that we’re going to be looking for.”
