Roys tops Dem guv field for fundraising, but Walker well ahead of Dems for cash

Kelda Roys topped the Dem guv field in fundraising over the pre-primary period, pulling in $147,359. But that was well behind the $670,061 Gov. Scott Walker raised. Roys, a former state rep, also spent $523,570 from July 1-30, ending the month with $291,551 in the bank. Roys’ cash on hand is just more than the $255,000 she loaned her campaign June 30.
