-- Two UW System Board of Regents members have signaled it may be time to reconsider Gov. Scott Walker's tuition freeze.
Walker and Dem guv candidate Tony Evers have both said they'd continue the freeze as governor. But regents Robert Atwell and Tracey Klein at yesterday's Madison meeting suggested the freeze may be irresponsible given shrinking reserves.
"There may be some point that there is the right time to say 'return the tuition-making authority back to this board,'" Klein said.
