-- Meteor Timber is asking the Department of Resources to review an administrative law judge's recent decision to invalidate a permit the company received for a frac sand project in western Wisconsin.
Administrative Law Judge Eric Defort last week ruled the DNR failed to gather "necessary information" before issuing a permit to the Georgia-based company last year.
