-- GOP businessman Tim Michels, who ran for the U.S. Senate in 2004, told he is passing on another bid after receiving some late overtures.
"I'm flattered to be considered once again to run for the US Senate. It's clear that I'm the greatest candidate in the history of Wisconsin, to have never won anything," Michels joked after being asked about a recent poll that tested him against Dem U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin, of Madison.
