The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL), led by Rick Esenberg has been in the forefront of legal cases in Wisconsin. They litigate in the areas of property rights, the freedom to earn a living, voting rights, regulation, taxation, school choice, and religious freedom. As an educational organization, they strive to advance the debate concerning law and public policy in these and other areas.

WILL has litigated and won cases involving worker’s freedom, open government, free speech, good government and individual rights.

Mr. Esenberg will discuss cases decided this summer by both the State and U.S. Supreme Court. With a vacancy on the U.S. Supreme court and long time Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Shirley Abrahamson not running for reelection next spring, the courts will certainly be in the news.
