Shilling appoints Packard to the state Ethics Commission

Senate Minority Leader Jennifer Shilling has appointed Madison attorney Tamara Packard to the state Ethics Commission.
Packard replaces Dem appointee Jeralyn Wendelberger, who resigned from the body last month so she could go to work for a group that lobbies the state.
