-- Rep. Dale Kooyenga says "with the assistance of family and friends," he'll reimburse the state $30,000 it's paying to settle a lawsuit filed by a Madison man whose sign the lawmaker removed from the Capitol rotunda.
Kooyenga's statement came after Gov. Scott Walker's administration yesterday released the security video of the incident that showed Kooyenga taking the sign last May. The sign's owner, Donald Johnson, later sued Kooyenga for denying his First Amendment rights.
