-- Vice President Joe Biden called out "forces of hate" in America and characterized the November midterm elections as "a battle for America's soul" as he rallied UW-Madison students to vote.
Biden from the outset called the upcoming midterm elections a struggle over character and praised Dem gubernatorial candidate Tony Evers and U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin as key in the effort to restore the moral compass of the country.
