While people with intellectual disabilities have made a significant amount of progress in Wisconsin, our terminology has not kept pace. AG Kaul: Federal court issues preliminary injunction to Title X restrictions on women’s reproductive health care

MADISON, Wis. – Attorney General Josh Kaul today announced that the U.S. District Court in Eugene, Oregon has issued a preliminary injunction on a new U.S. Department of Health and Human Services regulation Title X “Gag Rule” that would significantly restrict access to Title X funded reproductive health services and information for women and families.
