Contact: Philip Shulman, phils@wisdems.org (MADISON, WI) — From an aluminum factory in Manitowoc, to local labor in Kaukauna, to a ginseng farmer in Edgar, small business owners, workers, farmers, and local economies alike are being crushed by Trump’s erratic trade war with China. As in most b-movie horror films, Berry’s plot foregoes logic to paint a dark and fictional picture to stir up fear. There are logical reasons why Wisconsin legislators, a wide representation of Wisconsin agriculture
