Wisconsin Supreme Court election result and other current affairs in WI politics
A must attend event. Longtime activist Brain Schimming will give his analysis of the upset victory of Brian Hagedorn for the State Supreme Court and the rebuilding of the Republican Party of Wisconsin.
Brian Schimming is a successful advocate for conservative causes at the local, state and national level.  He has volunteered on dozens of campaigns from knocking on doors and stuffing envelopes to managing statewide campaigns.
Brian has served three Republican governors including as a member of Governor Tommy G. Thompson’s cabinet.  He most recent role began when he was named by Governor Scott Walker as chief operating officer of the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority.
His political history stretches to literally every part of Wisconsin.  Brian was a key architect of the first Republican takeover of the Wisconsin Assembly since 1970 and subsequently served as chief of staff for Assembly Speaker
Brian served as vice chair of the Republican Party of Wisconsin under Reince Priebus and was elected to continue that role as a spokesman for Wisconsin Republicans as they went through demonstrations at the Capitol and the successful defense of Governor Walker in the recalls.
In addition to hosting talk radio shows on WIBA in Madison and WISN in Milwaukee, he has appeared hundreds of times on local, state and national media including FOX News, the Wall Street Journal, CBS, the BBC, the Sean HannityShow and NPR.
His unique contributions were recognized when Campaigns and Elections Magazine named him to the “Influencers 500” list of the top 500 most influential political people in America.
And Madison liberal Isthmus magazine warned:  “Liberals beware…all Brian Schimming touches turns conservative.”
