-- Gov. Tony Evers today issued his third veto of the week while signing 13 other bills.
Evers wrote in his veto message for AB 53 that he objected to a mandate that would "negatively impact the privacy of parents of students in Wisconsin." Currently, student records are generally confidential with an exception for what's called directory data.
