-- Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald is knocking the Wisconsin Association of School Boards for suggesting the guv use his partial veto authority to increase per-pupil aid by $17.5 million for public school students.
WASB lobbyist Dan Rossmiller yesterday released a letter to Gov. Tony Evers laying out how the guv could strike language in the GOP budget to boost per-pupil categorical payments by another $25 per pupil starting in the 2019-20 school year.
