-- Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, who has opposed legislation to legalize medical marijuana, isn't changing his position now that two Republicans have put out their own bill to do so.
"I personally oppose this bill and I don't believe there are the votes in our caucus to pass it," Fitzgerald said of a proposal from state Sen. Kathy Bernier, R-Lake Hallie, and state Rep. Mary Felzkowski, R-Irma.
