-- U.S. Sens. Ron Johnson and Tammy Baldwin are urging the U.S. Postal Service inspector general to investigate "irregularities" in the delivery of absentee ballots for the state's spring election.
In a letter addressed to USPS IG Tammy Whitcomb, the pair said mail played an "outsized role" in the April 7 election due to a surge in absentee ballot requests over the COVID-19 pandemic.
